I’m usually not the blogging type, but I have been convinced the tool works wonders for brands and reputations. From the beginning the strategy was simple, just gather a following and then convert the followers. Sure, it sounds simple and it isn’t simple. If your looking for a reasonable ROI on your project by using your brand loyalists as your only benchmark, then your really in trouble.

The marketing complexities of social media is just that, social media and not revenue. Revenue can be driven through the social media pipeline, successfully, when the communication strategy has been initially channeled correctly.
